How it works

We monitor every foreign embassy and cultural center in Washington — all 182 of them — and surface their events in one place. The calendar updates daily so you always see what's coming up, whether it's a film screening announced yesterday or a national day celebration months out. During Passport DC each May, the embassy open houses alone draw an estimated 280,000+ visitors (per Cultural Tourism DC).
