About This Event

Immerse yourself in the rich culinary traditions of Morocco with this hands-on cooking class focused on two cornerstone dishes of Moroccan cuisine. You'll learn to prepare authentic tagine, the slow-cooked stew that takes its name from the distinctive cone-shaped earthenware pot, alongside fluffy couscous, often considered Morocco's national dish. The Embassy of Morocco provides all necessary ingredients and traditional recipes, ensuring you'll have everything needed to recreate these beloved dishes at home. The experience concludes with a traditional mint tea service, offering the perfect opportunity to savor your creations while learning about the cultural significance of these foods in Moroccan daily life. This three-hour culinary journey takes place at the Embassy of Morocco on International Drive. Tickets are $35 and advance registration is required through Eventbrite.
